Founded in 1992, MZM Corp. is a small to mid-size construction company who have built an excellent reputation based on strong customer service. MZM does both residential and commercial projects, new and rehab, in the $250,000 to $2.5 million range. They work in New York City and the surrounding counties and only take on 4 to 5 projects at one time, allowing the principals to be personally involved with each client.

Principals and Key Personnel

Michael R. Hirsch, Founder & President, 59 years old, over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry. Worked for Tishman Construction as a Project Engineer on the French and Japanese Pavilions at EPCOT Center, Florida (22 million dollar project). He has also built over 100 homes, a seven story gut rehab in Tribeca, 2 New York City restaurants for Adam Tihany, hotel lobbies, exterior plaza renovations, schools, structural roof replacements, etc.

Robert Winnicki, Partner & Vice President, 55 years old, over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry. Has built numerous homes and commercial rehabs. Runs the field operations of MZM Corp. including purchasing and running the 15 man workforce.

Majed Abujaber, Board Member & Senior Project Administrator, 43 years old, over 15 years experience in the Construction Industry. Has completed numerous high end residential projects primarily in New York City. Runs the NYC field operations.
